The 2025 UK Paid Media Awards shortlist has been announced and we are proud to be nominated in 4 categories:

Local Campaign of the Year

LOCALiQ is nominated in the Local Campaign of the Year category for the work we’ve completed with our client, Homestyle UK.

Homestyle UK, a family-owned business established in Ipswich in 1999, has always been dedicated to serving its local community with high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories. However, as competition from national brands intensified, Homestyle needed a bold strategy to remain a top choice for homeowners.

Some achievements considered:

  • Over 300 high-quality leads generated over the campaign period.
  • Impression share improved from 10-12% to 16-17%, maintaining a 78% top-of-page rate and ensuring Homestyle remained competitive in search results.
  • With a conversion rate of nearly 10% and an average order value of £5,500 the campaign reflected a high quality of leads and helped the business achieve their multi-million pound annual sales target.

 

Best Integrated Paid Media Campaign

We are also nominated in the Best Integrated Paid Media Campaign for our work with DM Hall.

DM Hall needed a marketing strategy that could deliver immediate results while building long-term brand equity. The campaign objectives reflected the firm’s dual goals of scaling lead generation and expanding its footprint in England, alongside maintaining leadership in its home market of Scotland.

LOCALiQ collaborated closely with DM Hall to create a dynamic, performance-driven budget. Investments were carefully allocated across paid search, SEO, and social media, allowing the campaign to adapt to market trends while optimising ROI.

Results exceeded expectations across all key metrics. Year-on-year and quarter-over-quarter growth underscored the campaign’s ability to deliver sustained improvements, while CTR and lead generation achievements highlighted the effectiveness of the integrated approach.

Some key results include:

Lead Generation

  • 172% increase in leads from Q2 2023 (439 leads) to Q2 2024 (1,199 leads).
  • 39% YoY growth in Q3 2024 (1,387 leads) compared to Q3 2023 (1,000 leads).

Search Campaign Performance:

  • Clicks: Increased by 86%, reaching 14,917 in Q3 2023.
  • CTR: Peaked at 21.94% in Q4 2024, up from 5.54% in Q4 2023

Social Media Campaign Performance:

  • CTR: Increased from less than 1% in Q3 2022 to 3.11% in Q3 2023.
  • CPC: Remained efficient at £0.54 in Q3 2024.

SEO Performance:

  • Significant growth across several key metrics including search result visibility increase substantially to 4,322 keywords, representing a 57.4% QvQ growth.

Revenue Growth:

  • Annual home report sales revenue grew by 67%

 

Real Estate & Property Campaign of the Year

Our collaboration with DM Hall (see above) has been shortlisted in the Real Estate & Property Campaign of the Year category. This new category is making its debut at the 2025 UK Paid Media Awards, and we are excited to be one of the three agencies shortlisted for the very first time.

 

Charity / Not for Profit Campaign of the Year

Shortlisted in the Charity / Not for Profit Campaign category is our work with Rehabs UK. Rehabs UK is a charity focused on alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation services. Initially, the campaign faced challenges due to platform restrictions, as Google and Facebook do not allow ads for such sensitive services. Therefore, the LOCALiQ strategy included using Bing as the platform of choice for the campaign. The campaign expanded to include drug addiction services and later incorporated a home detox service.

Key results:

    • Average leads per month increased from 30 to 127 (323% growth)
    • 60% average engagement rate from campaign traffic on the website achieved
    • Impression share increased from 28% to 82%
