LOCALiQ is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for 3 awards at the 2022 UK Search Awards. In its eleventh year, the award ceremony is being hosted this year at the Bloomsbury Big Top, London on 30th November.
Let’s take a look at the three campaigns we have been nominated for:
Campaign 1 – Best Use of Search – B2B (SEO) (LARGE): LOCALiQ – Internal B2B SEO Campaign
For this award, we took the time to develop our internal SEO efforts which saw a year-on-year (YoY) growth of +289% as well as an increase in leads of +236% from organic search. In addition to this, we managed to secure featured snippets including one for our “Getting Your Social Media Accounts Verified” blog, as well as tripling our impressions on our website.
In our industry, it’s easy to overlook the need we have for ourselves and prioritise supporting the mission of our clients. The truth is, both are equally important to achieve corporate growth, and this campaign demonstrates the success an agency can have in positioning itself in the industry when they prioritise and allocate resources to reinvest in itself.
Campaign 2 – Best Use of Search – Automotive
LOCALiQ worked with a prestigious car dealership in the North East to deliver a campaign that generated quality leads and test drive bookings.
Campaign 3 – Best Use of Search – Third Sector/Not For Profit (LARGE) – LOCALiQ & Gayhurst School – Nurturing Children to Succeed Campaign
This campaign focused on Gayhurst school which wanted us to help them improve their click-through rate (CTR) and increase their lead conversion and quality. In this 8-month campaign (January 2022 – August 2022), we helped the school to convert almost 300 leads using search marketing campaigns.
- Improved CTR – The keyword research and search ads created by us achieved an average CTR of 5.38% – over 3% higher than the industry benchmark of 1.91%.
- Lead conversion – In Q4 (2021), before our work with them, Gayhurst school averaged 15 leads per month. From January – August 2022, our ads helped create 266 leads with an average of 33.25 leads per month. That’s a 122% increase.
- Lead quality – Gayhurst School receives over half of its leads via telephone. They averaged 5 calls a month during 2021s Q4. With our help, we managed to achieve an average of 17.75 calls per month (a 250% increase).
Overall, this campaign demonstrates the value we can bring to a small communications team. We allow them to prioritise their number one mission – nurturing children to succeed.
