LOCALiQ Wins Two Silver Awards at the 2026 UK Agency Awards

LOCALiQ has been recognised with two Silver awards at the 2026 UK Agency Awards, celebrating the agency’s continued growth, investment in its people and results for clients.

We received Silver in two categories:

• SEO Agency of the Year (Large)
• Agency Growth & Transformation

The UK Agency Awards celebrate agencies, teams and campaigns delivering outstanding creativity, innovation and measurable results across the UK marketing industry. For LOCALiQ, the two awards recognise different sides of our growth, from the development of our SEO offering to the transformation of the teams and structures supporting our client work.

Silver Award: SEO Agency of the Year (Large)

Our Silver for SEO Agency of the Year (Large) recognises the continued growth of our SEO team alongside the results our specialists are delivering for clients.

Our SEO and Digital PR team has grown from five specialists to more than 20, while SEO revenue and customer numbers increased by 17% year on year.

That growth has been matched by strong client performance. During 2025, our SEO clients generated 330,000 conversions through Google and Bing, while conversions attributed to large language models increased from nine in Q1 2024 to 250 in Q4 2025. SEO client retention has also remained between 90% and 100% since Q1 2025.

As search continues to evolve, our SEO team are focused on helping businesses strengthen their visibility across both traditional and AI-led search. That means bringing together technical SEO, high-intent content, local search, reputation and Digital PR rather than treating each part of search in isolation.

This latest recognition follows LOCALiQ being named Standout SEO Agency of the Year at the 2026 UK Digital Excellence Awards, making it another proud moment for a team that has continued to grow and adapt alongside the search landscape.

Silver Award: Agency Growth & Transformation

Our second Silver recognises the transformation of our 37-person Fulfilment Department, which brings together specialists across SEO, Paid Media and Website Development.

Over the past two years, we’ve reshaped the way the department works, introducing smaller Hub teams, dedicated people-focused Team Leads, clearer career pathways and stronger collaboration between departments.

A key part of that transformation was changing the role of our Team Leads. Rather than balancing people management with individual client revenue responsibilities, their primary focus is now coaching, wellbeing, performance and progression. Initiatives including Camp Clinics, SEO Labs and senior team forums have also created more opportunities for knowledge-sharing, collaboration and strategic client delivery.

The changes contributed to a 97% employee retention rate in 2025, with only one employee leaving the department. Eight of the SEO team’s 21 members were also promoted over a two-year period.

Continuing an award-winning year for LOCALiQ

The two Silver awards continue a strong year of industry recognition for LOCALiQ.

Alongside being named Standout SEO Agency of the Year and Standout B2C Website of the Year at the UK Digital Excellence Awards, LOCALiQ also took home two awards at the 2026 UK Company Culture Awards, as well as winning Hospitality Campaign of the Year at the 2026 UK Paid Media Awards for our work with The Cut & Craft.

Together, these awards recognise the work happening right across LOCALiQ, from the specialists delivering campaigns and developing our services to the teams creating better ways to collaborate, share expertise and support our clients.
