A: For pages with a lot of content a toggle element can help expand and collapse content.

Q: When adding video and transcripts to your website, do you suggest videos be posted within the website or via YouTube? Also should we use the transcribe feature of YouTube?

A: The best approach to videos, is to embed the YouTube video on the webpage. Transcribing the video directly on the same page helps generate keyword opportunities.

Q: How will search generative experience affect these SEO tactics mentioned?

A: There are many industry questions about the search generative experience, we need to stay conscious of the fluidity of SEO, understand it is constantly evolving and stay on top of algorithm updates.

Q: What is a typical keyword research process?

A: Keyword research can be done many different ways. SEM Rush is a good tool. Also a competitor analysis offers a good source of keywords. Check out this blog for more information on conducting effective keyword research.

Q: Would having a chatbot help with SEO if it feeds into the FAQ section?

A: A chatbot with live Q+A does not impact SEO. FQAs created as page content will help SEO.

Q: How often should we tweak the website to increase or maintain ranking?

A: Rankings should be accessed monthly, if after a consistent three-month decrease in a keyword or page ranking, it is worth tweaking a page. It is best to avoid knee-jerk reactions.

Q: Should we do anything differently for Bing, DuckDuckGo etc. Or do they just rely on the same things as Google?

A: Generally, SEO best practices work across all search engines. There are always some nuances between different search engines however these are fairly minor.

Q: As a very small marketing team of two how can we keep abreast of changes Google are making in an easily digestible way?
