Whilst Pacitti Jones’ property portfolio had a presence on some well-known third-party websites, such as Zoopla, they found users who made direct contact via their website were much more cost-effective to their business. As a result, they were competing directly with third parties and other local estate agents for their key search terms.

Our primary campaign goal was to increase their brand awareness and connect Pacitti Jones with suitable clients searching for their services.

In a highly competitive property market, Pacitti Jones found it difficult to build its brand awareness, competing with well-established local estate agents who enjoyed an online presence within the search engines.

LOCALiQ created a comprehensive strategy covering all four pillars of SEO – we aimed to improve Pacitti Jones’ online presence by targeting popular keywords used by their clients – optimising and enhancing their website’s content, and mapping newly created pages, ensuring they’re suitable for location intent.

Our SEO campaign uplifted organic traffic to the customer’s website by 165% and page views by 193%.

The website’s improved rankings of 1,786 new keywords and 432 improved keywords translated into 1,987,533 impressions on Google Search.

Notably, the website rose from page 8 for the keyword ‘estate agents glasgow’ to the top 1-3 results on page 1.

In addition to improved brand awareness, the campaign generated 3,641 conversions.
