Challenges.
The Wardgroup wanted to draw attention to each department, specifically their lesser-known Decorating Centre. They wanted to target people in the South Lakes area who were Homeowners interested in Home Improvements.
It was also important to highlight that they are an Independent retailer in a competitive home improvement market. They aimed to ensure each department was as busy as possible.
Solutions.
The customer signed up for one of our Always On Awareness (annual solutions). We targeted their desired audience with our best blend of display and social.
They also had the flexibility to change their creative messaging regularly, depending on the season and need.
Results.
They have been happy with the monthly results – currently running at an ARR of 35 per 10k impressions. The campaign is ongoing and they have renewed for another year. They are no longer advertising on the radio and now spend the majority of their marketing budget with us online.
