The The 2024 UK Agency Awards shortlist has been announced and we are thrilled to be nominated in 4 categories:

 

Best Integrated Campaign (with DM Hall)

DM Hall, a renowned chartered surveyor firm with 26 offices across Scotland and a history spanning 127 years, works with LOCALiQ to carry out its digital marketing initiatives. They aimed to streamline home sale transactions in Scotland by promoting their presale survey, known as a home report.

DM Hall’s marketing team, embraced the expertise offered by LOCALiQ’s technology, including conversion-based optimization and the user-friendly Client Centre.

The campaign employed a multifaceted approach, combining search and social strategies to reach the target audience effectively. The search campaign focused on promoting home survey reports and EPC services, while Facebook Smart Ads played a pivotal role in amplifying brand awareness and lead generation.

Some key results include:

    • 1000 leads generated in Q3 2023 – 127% increase from Q2 2023
    • 26% increase in leads YoY – Q3 2022 vs. Q3 2023
    • Maintained 10%+ CTR in paid search YoY
    • Social Ads CTR increased from less than 1% (Q3 2022) to 3%+ (Q3 2023)

 

 

Best Local Campaign (with The Cut & Craft)

The Cut & Craft seamlessly blends elegance and glamour to create a unique and timeless dining experience for guests. From humble origins, they have become an in-demand destination for premium dining and special events and have found a way to recapture the sophistication and luxury of restaurants of the past. The Cut & Craft have carefully curated a dining experience that speaks to the diversity of community and the guests who have made the restaurant feel like home. When you visit one of their locations, you see how the rich history of their buildings and the beauty of their architecture have been infused in the tenor of their restaurants.

LOCALiQ’s content-led SEO strategy for The Cut & Craft improved search signals, provided greater brand visibility, competitiveness in search results pages, and increased the volume and quality of inbound organic traffic.

Combined with improvements to the user experience and targeting specific, local locations (York, Leeds, Manchester), organic search became a strong source of inbound leads for The Cut & Craft.

Some key results include:

  • 277.24% increase in new users YoY
  • 68% increase in clicks YoY
  • 13.5% increase in impressions YoY
  • 48% increase in click-through-rates YoY

 

SEO Agency of the Year

LOCALiQ is also nominated in the SEO Agency of the Year (Large) category. There is no shortlist for this category, the winner will be announced at the 2024 UK Agency Award ceremony.

This nomination recognises the mix of services we offer to businesses and how they integrate with each other. We offer a wide range of services including paid search, paid social and SEO. A combination of these offerings strengthen client campaign performance and the thought leadership resources the agency provides to businesses throughout the UK.

Some achievements considered:

      • Our data-driven thought leadership resources – In May 2023 we published the LOCALiQ 2023 UK Paid Search Benchmark Report to help businesses contextualise their paid search campaign performance in relation to competitors as well as gain an understanding of what results look like for individual industry sectors. Data was pulled from over 500 advertisers and more than 6,200 LOCALiQ paid search campaign cycles and are insights were compared across 2 years and 17 different industry sectors.

     

    • Client case studies including our work with L S Care and DM Hall – LS Care provides specialist care to adults, children and infants in their own homes with complex illnesses and conditions. LS Care partnered with LOCALiQ to implement an integrated digital advertising employee recruitment campaign with the objective of generating leads – prospective carers.DM Hall partnered with LOCALiQ to elevate their digital marketing, focusing on generating leads for home survey reports and EPC services. Through a multifaceted strategy combining search and social media ads, including Facebook Smart Ads and tailored text ads, LOCALiQ significantly increased DM Hall’s brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Our technology – The first of kind in the UK cross media optimisation technology LOCALiQ provides is a propriety, goal-based ad technology solution that automatically optimises clients’ advertising campaigns to increase performance in real time across major digital ad platforms.
  • Our industry recognition – LOCALiQ UK was honoured among a global field of Microsoft partners at the 2024 Microsoft Partner Awards as the Global Rising Star of the Year.
