LOCALiQ & Springboard – Apprenticeships for Every Age, Every Stage
Category: Charity Campaign of the Year
Springboard, a longstanding client of LOCALiQ, specialises in offering a wide array of training courses and apprenticeships in the Sunderland region. Their courses span diverse fields such as business, childcare, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), mathematics, and English.
Our team worked to help Springboard increase student interest from paid search and paid social campaigns and achieved some impressive results, some of which are detailed below:
- Achieved 1,121 leads generated from search and social, marking a substantial 30% YoY increase from 858.
- Attained 193,615 paid search impressions, reflecting a noteworthy 10% YoY growth from 176,110.
- Realised 867 leads generated from search, demonstrating a significant 28% YoY increase from 679.
Overall, this campaign demonstrates our sustained success in the education sector. The campaign’s ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver results on a modest budget showcases our team’s commitment to excellence.
LOCALiQ & DM Hall – DM Hall’s Home Report Campaign
Category: Best Integrated Paid Media Campaign
DM Hall, a renowned chartered surveyor firm with 26 offices across Scotland and a history spanning 127 years, works with LOCALiQ to carry out its digital marketing initiatives. They aimed to streamline home sale transactions in Scotland by promoting their presale survey, known as a home report, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) services.
The campaign observed significant results:
- 1000 leads generated in Q4 2022 – a 26% increase from Q3 2022.
- Social Ads CTR increased from less than 1% (Q3 2022) to 3%+ (Q3 2023).
- Maintained a cost per lead under £50, ensuring a strong return on investment.

LOCALiQ & Circus of Horrors Cabaret of Curiosities – Transforming Circus Marketing
Category: Travel/Leisure Campaign of the Year
The Circus of Horrors is a groundbreaking contemporary circus renowned for its fusion of horror, black comedy, and rock music with circus acts. Originating at the Glastonbury Festival, the troupe has garnered international acclaim, performing at prestigious festivals worldwide. With Guinness World Records to their name, including the largest custard pie fight, the Circus of Horrors reached the finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2011.
The primary goal for this LOCALiQ campaign is to drive ticket sales and raise awareness for the Circus of Horrors Cabaret of Curiosities events hosted in various locations throughout the UK.
Within 6 months, here’s what Circus of Horrors Cabaret of Curiosities’ LOCALiQ campaign achieved:
- 3,884+ ticket sales were generated.
- 89% Month-over-Month (MoM) increase in ticket sales from September 2023 (530 ticket sales) to October 2023 (1000 ticket sales).
- 14% Month-over-Month (MoM) increase was observed from November 2023 (741 ticket sales) to December 2023 (846 ticket sales).
- More than 1.3 million social ad impressions and 67,692 clicks, resulting in a 4.95% Click-Through Rate (CTR).
This campaign’s uniqueness, innovative thinking, and ability to challenge traditional marketing approaches make it a standout contender in the travel/leisure campaign category.
