The business approached us with the challenge of increasing enquires from Motability customers. This is becoming a very competitive market with a lot of brands now taking part in the scheme. They wanted to use our AI to try and steal a competitive advantage.
We proposed an AI optimised social ads campaign that would target potential customers in a defined area. Due to targeting restrictions from Facebook, we utilised our award-winning AI to target people with similar interests and behaviours based on their interactions with our Ad and conversions.
The campaign would include the following elements:
- Facebook and Instagram ads targeting users with Carousel and Video ads across Suzuki, Ford, Hyundai and KIA.
- Conversion Tracking set up in our award-winning reporting platform.
- A full API integration with social lead ads straight into Dealer Web Management system to assist with ROI reporting.
The Motability campaign continues to be a success, resulting in a significant number of direct leads. Utilising the integration with Dealer web the sales team can build a significant pipeline of potential customers.
The campaign generated the following results:
- A reach of over 400,000
- A CTR of 2.07% compared to automotive benchmark of 0.8%
- 708 form submissions
- A CPL of £18
